Requirements for Enrollment

  1. High School Report Card or Form 137 or Official Transcript of Record
  2. Barangay Clearance
  3. Medical Certificate (Physical Check-up) and Chest X-ray Result for Food Related Courses
  4. NSO or PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  5. Passport size and 1x1 ID Picture (4 pcs each)
  6. Qualifying Test (for Diploma Coursers only)

We accept enrolees on a First Come First Serve basis.
